I run the A100 Program (http://gridnewhaven.com/a100), aimed at taking University students in CS and Engineering interested in software development careers, providing them with technical trainings, and matching them up with jobs at local companies. Our A100 Apprentices would certainly benefit from learning from experienced Drupalers who want to share their experience.
Anyone interested in talking about how we can build a great cohort of junior developers in CT would be welcome.
